On vacation, do nothing? For many people, this sounds like absolute relaxation. However, for me, sports is an indispensable part of my daily life. Even in my free time. However, it is also a real challenge for me to exercise regularly during the holidays.


Because although we have the usual running route, famous fitness room or Pilates class on Wednesday night in our daily life, we are completely alone during the holiday.


In order to spend your vacation in good condition, you don’t have to book a vibrant vacation, including morning yoga, sailing classes and daily hiking. With just a few tips, you can easily integrate sports into every holiday. Whether you plan to travel to the city or spend the summer by the sea.

Exercise is more than just exercise. Just because you go to the gym at home doesn’t mean you have to go to the nearest gym to step on the stair treadmill during the holiday. Even if you miss the gym, you should see it as an opportunity that you can’t train there.

I know what I’m talking about, because I used to choose my vacation location based on the gyms available in the area. At the same time, I found a way for myself to exercise in various vacation places.

Dare you!

When was the last time you did something really crazy? What makes your heart beat faster, makes you very excited, and even a little afraid? Regard this holiday as an opportunity and dare to try new things.

Have you never done whitewater rafting? Perhaps the next vacation is an opportunity to jump over your shadow and redefine your personal limitations and possibilities.

But this also applies here: please don’t overdo it! If you have acrophobia, you should not put yourself under any pressure and feel forced to fall off the next cliff when bungee jumping.
